  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

  • Once the order is confirmed and payment is processed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are calculated based on dispatch from our production facility.

  • Avelor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs processes.

  • Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer upon handover to the carrier or collection at our facility.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:

  • Accept all conditions of sale, including pricing, payment, and delivery terms.

  • Are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding the use of chemical and petrochemical products.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

  • Exceptions may apply only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, subject to Avelor’s sole discretion.
